Rutland County Council Seeking Sponsors For Rutland Winter Wonderland at Oakham Castle
Apologies for the short notice but we are arranging a Christmas event in Oakham from 15 to 24 Dec, Rutland Winter Wonderland which centres on an ice rink, entertainment stage with music, festive stalls and Christmas activities. The event will run from 1100 to 2100 daily. We will also have giant video screens for advertising located in Oakham town centre.
In conjunction with this I have some fantastic marketing opportunities for your consideration as follows:
Sponsorship Packages
· Platinum – Full Coverage: £20k, headline event sponsor including mobile towers, digital advertising x 5 slots, allocation of VIP tickets & ice rink tickets, ice rink & other advertisement locations
· Gold – Main Events: £10k, main event sponsor for ice rink, Mrs Claus activities, reindeer, digital advertising x 4 slots and allocation of ice rink tickets & ice rink advertisement
· Sliver – Specialist Events: £5k, premium drinks and food packages, 2 x VIP marquee area, 2 x inside Oakham Castle, 1 stage area, 3 digital advertising slots & free tickets
· Bronze – Advertising Plus: £2k, external advertising on ice rink, 3 x digital advert slots
Digital Advertising
Digital Media - £250 per 10 second slot (running once per hour, 9am to 9pm, 15 to 24 Dec). £500 for 20 secs etc. Can be still images or video, giant 6sqm LED video screens located 1 x Oakham town centre, 1 x castle grounds, live feeds & social media integration etc
Oakham Castle trade stands – available 15 to 24 Dec, 11am to 9pm
Indoor - £70/day. Special offer 10% discount for all 10 days plus free digital media slot
Outdoor - £55/day. Special offer 10% discount for all 10 days plus free digital media slot
Grass - £40/day. Special offer 10% discount for all 10 days plus free digital media slot
VIP tent - £3k for 10 days, exclusive use of heated marquee for corporate hospitality etc adjacent to Oakham Castle
Ice Skating – discounts on groups of 10+ and exclusive hourly hire available for businesses to treat employees, client groups etc – please contact me for details.
