If an agenda item is exempt it should include the following on the agenda
6. CONSIDERATION OF THE SOLICITORS ADVICE REGARDING CLLR BROOKES (Appendix B to follow)
To consider a report and to make any decisions as appropriate
Of course it does show the council is still misspending thousands spending public money to try and silence one of its own councillors.
This case is identical to the case which involved Cllrs at Rutland County Council and the CEO
back in 2012 - 2013 and Rutland County Council were told in the Lords they could not use public money to fund this sort of thing.
As for item 8 this is almost pointless to consider it they day after the council meeting. The Clerk has reported me to the police alledging falsely that I harrass her etc. I asked the council to consider her presence at this Wednesdays meeting, because if she fears me so much whty would she want to be in the same place as me I find the way the council states they need to protect her from me extremely offensive.
