My mother posted me a Birthday Card and trusted the Royal Mail
would deliver it, but like so many cases The Royal Mail Opened the
Envelope and took the card and contents and delivered the empty envelope
how kind of them.
In the press the Royal Mail responds to a case where a Easter card and money was sent
in a jiffy bag and that was cut open and delivered empty, by advertising their rip off
Special delivery service.
I read on social media many complaints about lost items here in Oakham.
The Royal Mail needs to sort this instead saying we are investigating.
If they were really investigating they would keep the evidence and not just
pop it into a plastic bag and deliver it.
