The town councils bunting was put up yesterday, knotted together in places.
We spend so much money each year on putting up and taking down this bunting
you would think by now it would be taken down more carefully.
When we finally take health and safety serious we might be forced to stop wasting
money on this bunting.
In 2018 we are only just starting to look at risk assessments for all we do. I am not
a big fan of health and safety over the top, but I do do believe Oakham Town Councils attitude
to it 'oh we are insured' is not a good one,
The photo shows the men working across a busy road with no consideration for anyones
safety. Accept for the tiny bit of Hi Visibility worn by two of the worker
