Passing the spitfire tribute on the Oakham By-pass today I was disappointed to see two metal
signs had been erected to advertise storage units. These ugly signs detract from the tribute.
I would have thought during the 100th year of the RAF Oakham in Bloom would have placed
some more appropriate advertising to mark that event and place the sign to one side.
