Mr Murray is supporting a one way option for Oakham High Street. the opposite direction of the original proposal made be Rutand County Council.
Interestingly this is the same direction residents called for when Rutland County Council proposed the pedestrianisation of the high street after the by-pass was opened. Now we are told the residents who then wanted a one way street don't want it now.
The following letter was sent the Rutland County Council task and finish group and many others outside the group.
I am told Oakham Town Council will be trashed in the final report for its lack of interest in the town.
I thank former Mayor Michael Haley who chose not to bring such an important issue effecting our town before full council.
That comment should trigger another deluded bitter email from Mr Haley the disgraceful bully who since his resignation from the council has hounded me with threatening emails many containing threats to complain to my employer. Some times I do fear what he is going to do next he is a very bitter twisted unkind person.
Very similar Cllr Joyce Lucas, the former leader of Rutland County Council has told me she wrote some to him a very unkind threatening letter hoping someone would slit his throat just because he was proposing change for our town.
These old style town councillors wont accept people can have an opinion that may differ from theirs they are disgusting.
