A Leicestershire police constable is to appear before a gross misconduct hearing.
PC Russell Hawkins will face allegations that he breached the standards of professional behaviour, namely; honesty and integrity; authority, respect and courtesy; orders and instructions; confidentiality; and discreditable conduct.
The hearing is starting on Monday 19 November and is expected to last three days, concluding on Wednesday 21 November.
