PC Andrew Starbuck A Leicetershire police constable is due to appear before a gross misconduct hearing.
On Monday 3 December PC Andrew Starbuck will answer allegations that he breached the standards of professional behaviour, namely honesty and integrity; orders and instruction; confidentiality and discreditable conduct.
It is alleged that PC Starbuck accessed data on police systems for non-policing purposes.
The panel chair has determined that proceedings will be heard in public. The hearing will be held at Leicestershire Police Headquarters and is scheduled to start at 9am on Monday 3 December 2018 and is due to conclude on Wednesday 5 December 2018.
