Former Oakham Mayor Maureen Dodds Another Memorial Tree

On the 9th November, 2016
Cllr Joyce Lucas reported to Oakham Town Council that she had attended a meeting of the OIB on the 6th November 2016. It was decided to plant three new trees in the Arboretum in memory of Maureen Dodds, a former Town Mayor of Oakham.

In December 2018 another tree was planted in memory of Maureen Dodds. Cllr Lucas was pictured smiling in a photo in the Rutland Times at the planting ceremony. Like me she did not like Maureen Dodds. I wonder how more trees will be planted in Oakham in memory of this unkind woman 'who did so much for Oakham'?

At last nights council meeting we discussed the replacement of some damaged trees and one Cllr questioned if residents could purchase trees in memory of people who had died. Cllr Joyce Lucas
replied firmly no, adding she did not like trees planted in memory of people. what a crazy tree warden we have!

Maureen Dodds in 2013 encouraged Phillip Quinton who was convicted of making numerous threatening and homophobic telephone calls to me. despite providing Leicestershire Police with evidence of her involvement and another former Oakham Mayor they took no action against her.
Perhaps we could also start planting trees everywhere in memory of Phillip who died not long after his conviction, after all he did serve the needs of some pretty rotten former town councillors...

The evidence showing Maureen Dodds private facebook messages encouraging Phillip Quintons criminal activity against me can be found on past posts on this blog.
