 To authorise payments of the following:

for £9166.00+ VAT (£10,999.20)
Provision of consultancy services in relation to the preparation of the Neighbourhood Plan

 11. GRANTS POLICY (Appendix D)
(i) To review the grant policy, to agree on any changes and to approve the document
 (ii) To consider a request from Citizens Advice Rutland for £2000
(iii) To consider a request from Oakham Town Partnership £2500

 12. THE RED BOX PROJECT (Appendix E)
To receive a report and to make any decisions as appropriate

 13. STRATEGIC PLAN (Appendix F)
To review, to agree on any changes and to approve the document

 14. INSURANCE PROVISION FROM APRIL 1ST 2019 (Appendix G)

(i) To agree Council’s Insurance provider will be Zurich
(ii) To decide if Council enters into a three or five-year agreement with the insurance provider
15. CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED (Appendix H)
Consider the correspondence from The Lord Lieutenant in relation the establishment of a youth
volunteering project in Rutland and make any decisions as appropriate

18. MEETING TIMES
To decide whether, if no other time is fixed, the meeting of the full Council and the Recreation,
Planning and General Purposes Committee shall continue to take place at 6.30pm until May 2019
