Misconduct Outcome for PC Briggs
A former police constable has been found to have breached the standards of professional behaviour.
Former PC Lee Briggs was the subject of a gross misconduct hearing, which was held in public on Thursday 13 June.
He was found to have breached standards of professional behaviour, while employed by the force, namely:
Integrity
Discreditable conduct
Authority, respect and courtesy
It was determined that, should he still be a serving officer, he would have been dismissed from his role.
