Oakham in Bloom East Midlands in Bloom Judges 2019

Oakham in Bloom East Midlands in Bloom Judges 2019 visited Oakham this week, it was good to see those who do all the work showing the judges around the town, instead of any old Mayor or Committee member like Joyce Lucas, who do nothing and in the past have taken all the credit from all the volunteers, who work so hard to make our town look good.
