Erection of a freestanding restaurant with drive-thru facility, car parking, landscaping and

(T1) 1 no. Sycamore – reduce to stand stem (5m height) due to defective condition and risk of

Various works to various trees (see arboriculture report): T2, T4, T6, T9, T12, G1 & G2 – Fell.
T5 – Sever ivy and crown lift to 2 metres. T7 – Cut back overhanging branches by 1-3 metres
to give at least 1 metre clearance from neighbouring property. T8 – Crown lift to 3 metres. T1
and T3 – Fell and replace due to the unsuitable proximity to the bungalow. For every tree
felled intention is to replant with a more suitable tree in a more suitable location in the next
planting season.

Recreation ground, during 22nd July – 25th August 2019

To decide whether to exclude the Public and Press during consideration of item 20 on the agenda,

contractual nature of the matters to be discussed

Exempt minute approvals and McDonald's

Another failing by the clerk pointed out by Cllr Joy Clough at the last meeting.


Another failing is the late consideration of the McDonalds application something the
Chairman Dave Romney mentioned at the last meeting.
I would not be surprised if Rutland County Councils planning officers have approved the
planning application before Oakham Town Councils comments arrive.
