Misconduct outcome for SPC Officer Joseph Dibb
A Special Police Constable appeared before a gross misconduct hearing on the 29 and 30 October.
SPC 5114 Joseph Dibb faced allegations that he breached the standards of professional behaviour, namely: honesty & integrity.
The allegation was in relation to his conduct when he was a police staff member in December 2018.
The allegation was deemed by the panel to be misconduct (not gross misconduct) and it was determined that SPC Dibb should receive management advice.
