You have mentioned in previous posts that no accounts are made available by Oakham town partnership. The attached mentions that a spreadsheet has to be produced for each event. Asking for these to be made available may give some accountability to this group.
It is unfortunate that the Carolyn Acton Events business bank account did not exist up until end Dec 2018 and that her personal and business accounts were one and the same. This is likely to still be the case. I feel there is also a possible lack of accountability and possible error in this area due to this. The business accounts of Carolyn Acton Events may also give you information on the income of Oakham Town partnership if the 15% income from all events organised is still in place. May I suggest you scrutinise all information supplied in some detail.
