Sadly the last couple of weeks has seen a increase in graffiti sprayed with black paint on pavements
walls and children's play equipment all over Oakham.
One report of graffiti sprayed on children's play equipment not shown here is being treated as a
hate crime by Leicestershire Police if you have any information regarding the culprit (s) please call the police on 101.
I am pleased to see the offensive writing on the very long white wall in Long Row has been painted
over.
Oakham Town Council have removed the graffiti from the Cutts Close Oakham and they are aware
of the graffiti applied to the children's play equipment at Royce Recreation Ground Princes Avenue.
