I am Sure Rutland County Council and Oakham Town Council, will be hoping they have not wasted european union money, after putting up all these signs all over the town centre yesterday.

No hand sanitisers like other nearby towns, I am guessing they will arrive some time next year...

Also many business's that re-opened last week have spent a lot of money ensuring their customers 

are aware of the current two meter rule.
