Oakham Hand Sanitising Points Who Is Responsible For Repairing Vandalised Units and replenishing sanitiser not Rutland County Council or Oakham Town Council?
Last year I reported to Rutland County Council a damaged unit in Church Street Oakham, they said Oakham Town Council was responsible for the maintenance or upkeep of the points. Oakham Town Council ignored my email and the unit remains damaged.
Last week another unit in Market Street was vandalised.
Looking at the signs attached to the posts it is not hard to see why I and others might find Rutland County Council is responsible.
If either council actually really cared for the residents safety one of them would get these repaired ASAP at the moment it does not look good.
