Rutland County Council has over the year lost millions in contributions from developers.
If it does not lose the money it has often been squandered at the last minute. Spent on unwanted playgrounds etc at the last hour.
The council needs to set up a group or something that will ensure all money due is collected and also spent in the best way possible.
