Manchester Cathedral formally the Cathedral and Collegiate Church of St Mary St Denys and St George, Gin and Rum Festival Queens Plaque

Manchester Cathedral, formally the Cathedral and Collegiate Church of St Mary, St Denys and St George, in Manchester, England. Half the Cathedral was closed due to a Gin and Rum Festival about to start. I managed to get in and take some photos.

I also saw the new plaque shown to the Queen on her visit on the 8th July 2021, the plaque commemorates her visit to the Cathedral marking it's 600th Anniversary. The Queen was treated to a medley of Queen's hits performed by the Manchester Lesbian and Gay Chorus during a visit to the city's cathedral. On the same day she visited the Coronation Street set the show is celebrating 60 years.
