Richard Coleman Rutland County Councillor Ward Member for Ryhall and Casterton Resigned
Richard Coleman who had previously resigned from the Conservative Party was elected Ward Member for Ryhall and Casterton following a local by-election on Thursday 12 September 2019. He remained a Independent until he resigned on Friday 5th November 2021. He remains a parish councillor.
