This was puzzling, Police car racing along a busy road past Rutland Water on Sunday with blue lights and siren, the driver stops at the top of the hill.
The driver gets out and takes photo of the police car with Rutland Water in background, he returns to car then gets out again to take more photos, returning to car and he rushes of in the direction of Oakham with blue lights and siren sounding Not the safest place to stop on at the top of Barnsdale Hill
I hope he got to his emergency in time. It sometimes feels that Leicestershire police often use their noisy sirens far to often.
It looked like the officer was looking to see if some one had spotted him.
