Cutts Close Shelter Oakham Rutland Graffiti
We never get proper graffiti art here in Oakham, we always get this sort of rubbish, spoiling our town.
Fortunately Oakham Town Council have a paint brush and this graffiti was removed very quickly.
It costs hundreds of pounds a year to continually paint this shelter. I think it has the most layers of paint than anything else in Oakham.
