The real reason for Oakham in Bloom falling apart.
A person posted a comment saying I should be ashamed for posting a post with my opinion about Joyce Lucas's retirement from Oakham in Bloom. They need to open their eyes and look a the legacy Joyce and another volunteer have left behind everything is a complete mess, Volunteers departed because of their conduct.
Oakham in Bloom have a allotment plot and this is what happened to a female member of the allotment committee. A similar thing happened to a female friend of mine a few years ago, her husband had to threaten the volunteer to remove him from his garden.

He didn’t like that I stuck up for myself as I reached out & grabbed him (fight or flight kicked in) & ran off claiming I’d assaulted him. He wouldn’t accept that I had every right to respond the way in which I did as it was self defence so the police had to issue him with a community order. One of OIB’s allotment plots is right next to ours hence me not feeling safe anymore. If he could come as me with a live strimmer whilst my husband was there what would he be capable of if I was alone? Like you say he’s a bully.'
My question is why does Joyce Lucas protect these bullies, she mothered Cllr Charles Haworth and does the same for Cllr Adam Lowe and did the same for this Oakham in Bloom Volunteer. She and her supporters are the ones who should be ashamed not me.
