BT to Host Drop-In Sessions in Oakham Rutland to Discuss Digital Voice
BT has announced plans to roll out its new home phone service, Digital Voice, on a region-by-region basis, starting with the East Midlands. Throughout July, BT will be heading to towns and cities across the region to host a range of events where they will have a team on hand to answer questions about Digital Voice.
Digital Voice is a new, internet-based home phone service that offers a number of benefits over traditional landlines, including better sound quality, more flexibility, and greater reliability. However, the change to Digital Voice will require some customers to upgrade their equipment.
BT is encouraging customers to attend one of the drop-in sessions to learn more about Digital Voice and to find out if they need to upgrade their equipment. No appointment is necessary, so simply turn up at the event that is most convenient for you.
The drop-in sessions is be held at the following locations:
Rutland Council Catmose car park, Oakham, LE15 6HP
20 July, 10am - 5pm
BT staff will be on hand to answer any questions you have about Digital Voice, and they will also be able to help you to upgrade your equipment if necessary.
