James Moore has been a councillor for Tilehurst since 2022.
He works with computers, James likes real beer and was previously the Chair of the Reading & Mid-Berkshire branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
So if elected here in Rutland and Stamford I am sure he will be most welcome at the annual beer festival held here in Oakham.
