Oakham Town Council Spends, £198 on Pencils to promote Oakham
Oakham Town Council has purchased a few hundred pencils from Total Merchandise Ltd
Cllr Charles Haworth and Cllr Joyce Lucas are hoping this purchase and I love Oakham
Stickers will help promote Oakham as a place to visit.
As normal the council enjoys wasting public money.
