Cllr Charles Haworth Announces £2,000 fun day in Cutts Close Oakham.

He said he will be hiring bouncy castles and other things.
He is moving Wrinkle Rocks booking because he says they are a crowd puller. Stange because
I have never seen a crowd at any of the summer concerts held in Cutts Close. Although Wrinkle
Rock does bring out a number of ex councillor fans and their beer.
