All Saints Church Oakham and Rutland Villages Easter Services 2017 and Church Damage
When I visited our church yesterday to obtain this information I was shocked to see the
criminal damage All Saints Church has suffered.
Original Oak doors have been damaged as some person had tried to steal a donation
box and access the sacristy.
A nice old lady present told me how sad church members were and that nothing was
taken, she also said ecclesiastical insurance were indicating they would not be paying
out. a rather odd insurance company founded by the Church of England in 1887 which
from what I often see, rarely pays out to it church customers.
