The constant stream of emails sent by Cllr Adam Lowe is very interesting.
I do not understand his purpose of constantly repeating the same question over and over.
What was expecting? Was he expecting the council employee to crumble and send
a email stating the money was meant for Oakham Town Partnership?
Cllr Adam Lowe did not share any of the replies or the contents with the full council
even when the council employee asked him to share with all members?
