Big Band Latin Fiesta with Brass Wind and Fire
Saturday November 30th 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm
Community big band, Brass Wind and Fire present a Fiesta of Big Band favourites from around the world.
The band’s saxophones, trumpets, trombones and rhythm section will be joined by four-piece vocal group ‘The Elements’ for an evening of Latin-inspired Big Band songs and a few other favourites from over the decades.
The evening starts at 7.30pm and there’s a pay bar. There will be a carnival theme and guests are invited to get in the swing of things by coming along in their brightest, whackiest carnival gear, with a prize for the best costume,
and one of the band members will be having their newly-grown moustache shaved on the night to raise money for Movember. There’s also a bottle of bubbly on offer for the best moustache on the night.
Tickets: £15 each, including a fish and chip supper
