Birmingham Central Food Bank Van Stolen
The Birmingham Central Foodbank van - reg YX55 WTO - was stolen from the food bank car park on Camden Street in the City Centre at around 9:30PM on Friday (02/01).
A spokesperson from Birmingham Central Foodbank, said: “What a horrible start to 2015 also our busiest time of the year. As the weather gets colder our referrals double and the van is often used to pick up food donations and to deliver parcels to the elderly, heavily pregnant and the vulnerable who need emergency food but are unable to venture out during the very cold winter months.”
