Rutland County Council, Careless Smokers Set Fire to Bin
During my protest at Rutland County Council, a member
of staff carelessly disposed of a cigarette in a litter bin,
located in the staff smoking area, smoke started pouring
out of the bin, fortunately it had burnt itself out before
the man with the fire extinguisher arrived.
Those shown in the photo it were not responsible. It was
a chunky one or two in green.
