The Victoria Hall, a cherished Oakham landmark, is turning 125 years old!  To celebrate this momentous occasion, they're throwing a delightful Vintage Tea Party on September 21st, but they also need your help to keep their doors open for another 125 years (and beyond)!

Rising costs threaten the future of this historic venue.  To address this challenge, the Victoria Hall has launched a fundraising appeal with a goal of £50,000.  These funds will go towards crucial maintenance, improvements, and new amenities.

Donate: Every contribution, big or small, is appreciated. Visit the GoFundMe page: www.gofundme.com/support-the-victoria-hall

Join the Fun: Become a "Friend of Victoria Hall"! This dedicated volunteer group, led by Lucy Slessor, will organise exciting events throughout the year.

A Bit More About Victoria Hall:

For over a century, the Victoria Hall has provided a stage for Oakham's social life.  Managed entirely by volunteers, they rely solely on event bookings, grants, and fundraising to operate. Here's what they offer:

Main Hall: Upstairs, the main hall can host conferences, concerts, and large gatherings for up to 270 people standing or 180 seated.

Meeting Room: Perfect for smaller functions and workshops.

Retail & Office Space: Available for rent on the ground floor.

Art Gallery: A beautiful space for exhibitions.

Show your love for the Victoria Hall!  Donate, join the Friends, and attend the Vintage Tea Party!

Let's celebrate its rich history and ensure a bright future for this Oakham treasure.
