Centre of Oakham Closed for most of the day to traffic traders and drivers were not happy
The roads were closed to set up stalls and the fun fair for the late night christmas shopping event.
Not too pleased Mill Street has been closed already...I know it`s late night shopping tonight, but at the cost of 6hrs usual trading???
