The chief constable of Leicestershire Police is known for being very frugal with public
money the gear box has to fall off out of a car before he replaces any car.
I am not sure anyone in Oakham is going to be fooled by this cardboard officer which
looks like its come from Asda or Poundland Leicester :-)
