Now in its 4th year Stamford Christmas Festival has grown in popularity, way beyond the organisers expectations and Project Manager Ali Hawley-Smith will be working closely with this year’s host, Stamford Town Council, in making this a spectacular event for the Jubilee Year, with a 1950’s theme running through the event creating an exciting party atmosphere.
The event site will once again be held in the centre of Stamford and accessible to people with disabilities, including Stamford High St, Ironmonger St, Red Lion Square, Sheep Market, Bath Row East, Gooch’s Court and Bath Row West.
Side by side they will enjoy a full day’s entertainment line up from local and regional artists including School and Community Choirs, College Theatre and Dance groups, 1950’s tribute bands, Santa’s Grotto, Fun Fair, ever popular Eating Competitions, a Jubilee Themed Quiz, Vintage Transport Exhibition and the chance to win a Bumper Christmas Hamper Prize
