Visit Uppingham on Thursday 2nd December 5.30-9pm and enjoy this late night shopping event in our picturesque market town at Christmas time. There will be singing and dancing and reindeer and Santa and lots to entertain!

The first Thursday of each December is the local celebration of Christmas. It’s a family event with lots of food and wine, festive spirit and late night shopping, in the beautiful market town of Uppingham, in Rutland.

Christmas in Uppingham this year is on Thursday 3rd December, 5.30pm until 9pm.

As well as late night shopping there will be a craft and gift fair in the town hall, market stalls, music and dance in the Methodist Church, street performers, choirs, hot food, buskers, children's activities in the church - face painting, balloon modelling, Father Christmas and a skating rink in the market place.
