To Hold Private Meeting at Tory Rutland County Council.
The Conservative Police & Commissioner says he is not political but wears
the Tory badge. It took him over a year to draw up his plans for Leicestershire
Police did he consult the public? NO! he took those plans to Tory MP Alan Duncan
for his approval.
Clive is very approachable if visiting Oakham and if you raise a police issue he responds
with that's not my role?

The lucky few mainly Tories will receive a private briefing at Rutland County Council this evening.
When he was begging for election support at the County Museum, I asked him if elected
would he still hold public meetings jst like the police authority did? He responded "yes"
Over a year later no public meeting here in Rutland?
