Many residents living in flats with in garden work very hard to make the estate look its best.
Of course like any estate anywhere in the country, there are bound
to be problems.
A resident living near the flat shown above said "he puts his cleaning
products on show because his flat often stinks,
he is a binge drinker, a few months dry and then he hits the booze and
shits everywhere. He tells other residents he now has the cleanest
flat on the estate"
Above residents breakfast in the front garden.
Spire Homes has displayed many warning notices around the
estate.
One warns of possible rent increases.
I asked a couple of residents for their opinion about their ward Councillor and current Deputy Mayor
