Cllr Joyce Lucas BEM makes Rutland County Council Staff Empty Skip to recover her illegally displayed banners
Cllr Lucas told highways staff at a recent meeting she was very annoyed with
Rutland County Council because had taken down her illegal advertising banners
and disposed them in a skip.
She told them Rutland County Council should approach those who put them
up and ask them to take them down.
She then revealed she made council employees empty a skip at the tip to
find her banners. She said it took some time.
Why does Cllr Lucas think laws don't apply to her and how much did it
cost Rutland taxpayers to retrieve her banners from the skip?
Cllr Lucas is very aware of Rutland County Councils policy.
