Cllr Marc Oxley Objected To Rutland Tory Leader Roger Begy Accepting Michael Portillo's Horseshoe.
Councillor Oxley commented about The Tory Leader Roger Begy being seen on
television accepting a Horseshoe from Michael Portillo. He felt it should have been
accepted by the chairman of the council.

It was pointed out during the television show, Michael Portillo was not a Queen or neither Lord or Lady, so I can't not understand why Councillor Marc Oxley objected and suggests the Chairman
should have accepted the horseshoe, it was not a formal presentation.
The chairman ignored his comment.
