Conduct Complaints Against Oakham Deputy Mayor Adam Lowe and Cllrs Lucas and Stubbs
Dear Mrs Mogg
I have used the online conduct complaint form and copy the content of my three complaints
relating to the conduct of three members at the meeting of the 29th June 2015 due to my
experience of things getting lost after using your online forms.
There were other members in attendance at this special meeting and are no longer members
of this council or did not take part in the unlawful conduct.
It is my opinion that these three members should resign for assisting the ex Mayor with
his attempt to cover up his unlawful acitvities relating to the 2014 - 2015 accounts
Complaint One:
I wish to raise a formal Conduct Complaint against Cllr Adam Lowe Deputy Mayor of Oakham Town Council.
Mr Lowe supported the unlawful conduct of the Chairman of Oakham Town Council at the special meeting of the 29th June 2015.
Mr Lowe intimidated me and threatened me with violence to prevent me from entering the Council office where the chairman and members were meeting to attempt to unlawfully accept a statement of the councils 2014 - 2015 accounts.
After the events of this meeting I attempted to raise conduct complaints regarding the conduct of the Chairman and Councillors the monitoring officer held a private meeting with the Chairman and concluded nothing was done wrong and concluded I should obey the chairman unlawful instructions.
Complaint Two:
I wish to raise a formal Conduct Complaint against Cllr Stan Stubbs
Mr Stubbs supported the unlawful conduct of the Chairman of Oakham Town Council at the special meeting of the 29th June 2015. By seconding and voting for the Chairmans unlawful resolution to exclude me from the meeting
He also took part in an unlawful meeting locked in a office in an attempt to accept a statement of the councils 2014 - 2015 accounts.
After the events of this meeting I attempted to raise conduct complaints regarding the conduct of the Chairman and Councillors the monitoring officer held a private meeting with the Chairman and concluded nothing was done wrong and concluded I should obey the chairman unlawful instructions.
Complaint Three:
I wish to raise a formal Conduct Complaint against Cllr Enid Joyce Lucas
Mrs Lucas supported the unlawful conduct of the Chairman of Oakham Town Council at the special meeting of the 29th June 2015.
After the events of this meeting I attempted to raise conduct complaints regarding the conduct of the Chairman and Councillors the monitoring officer held a private meeting with the Chairman and concluded nothing was done wrong and concluded I should obey the chairmans unlawful instructions.
