Councillors Questions For 10th June 2015 Oakham Town Council
(1) I asked the office who authorised the payment of £994.80 to Wilkin Chapman,
the office response was I don't know. Can the council please tell me who
authorised the payment and what steps are going to be put in place
so that in future tax pay payers money is not spent without resolution
of the full council as required by law?
(2) Oakham Town Council has entered into a contract with Personnel
Advice and Solutions Ltd, this was arranged by Cllr Alf Dewis and
signed by the former Mayor without lawful resolution of the full council
what is the council doing to revoke this contract and to ensure
this does not happen again?
