Leicestershire Police?
The second letter makes me laugh its from an Oakham Town Councillor who spent thousands on gazebo's,
they can not be named here for legal reasons, but I will say they have an unhealthy interests in carrots and bums. They went to great lengths to convince the other councillors "these gazebos were easy to put up anyone can" they said. Justifying the excessive cost. But as you can see according to their own letter, not easy for Councillors.
