Debbie Mogg Monitoring Officer Decides to deviate and instructs Wilkin Chapman Solicitor to carry out costly investigation.
I have spoken to Diane Baker and written to Mr Hayward.
I am not willing to co-operate with this investigation and add to the already
high costs Oakham Town Councillors have cost the Rutland Taxpayers.
I would like to know was it Mrs Briggs CEO or perhaps Rutland Cllr Edward Baines
Chair of conduct and close friend of Oakham Cllr Joyce Lucas who has suggested
Mrs Mogg deviates from the council guidance and the localism act.
Oakham Town Councillor simply don't want me on the council and I do not
believe their complaints are serious. When you consider Mrs Moggs response
to my complaints.

I recorded Cllr Joyce Lucas in public telling me she has a right to be disrespectful
and rude to me at any time.
I also had a complaint rejected after Mrs Lucas hit me in a meeting.
None of those complaints will be investigated because Mrs Mogg does not
feel they are serious enough to warrant an investigation by the the conduct
committee.
Strangely she does feel the complaint from Cllr Lucas that I recorded her
acting in her normal nasty vindictive manner warrants a costly investigation.
Wilkin Chapman Solicitors have been used by Rutland County Council in the
past when I protested outside the council offices a year ago.
A person who worked in their property department wrote to me, I found him
on Twitter and pointed out his inappropriate foolish activity, his account
was deleted. I did not receive a response from Wilkin Chapman.
Wilkin Chapman Solicitors were used by Cllr Alf Dewis our Mayor who
lied at a meeting about the purpose and said the council did not know who authorised
the work in the Clerk's absence, The Rutland Times asked him and he decided to
tell the truth.
There is little point in Rutland County Council spending all this money
because even if my conduct was seriously out of order they can not
impose any sanction.
These complaints should just be put before the conduct committee and
using the word of the former Mayor Paul Beech "they should be put in
the gutter where they belong" most of the complaints are very personally
attacking, Cllr Rebecca Hearn's is the most liabilist and as for Mr Beech
I posted previously about his complaint, since when has a councillor charitable
giving or his perceived lack of giving been a subject of the code of conduct.
Does he ever dip into his own pocket and does he pay for his tickets to attend
the various receptions? I was not interested before i read his recent complaint.
I understand some Rutland County Councillor is very concerned
about the spiralling costs some of those are surprisingly Tories!
