East Midlands Conservatives Blocked Dropped Curb with Advertising obstucting disabled people
Although the Tories paid for three hours parking, their inconsiderate parking caused many people a lot of inconvenience and they broke most of the local Tory councils parking regulations.
Over the years I have learnt that Rutland Tory Rules don't apply to them, they only apply to those they dictate them to!
Some might say, well whats the problem a wheel chair user can use the dropped curb further along, but why should they, no one puts such restrictions on those of us who can walk. Thinking of the busy times and how frustrating it is when you are in a hurry and some one gets in your way, I amgine an obstuction like this Tory horror advert must have the same or worse effect. In Rutland the council treats disabled people like second class citizens. Take the new bus waiting room, people who can walk will be able to access toilets inside if you are disabled you have to go outside in the rain and use a toilet attached to the side of the building.
