A former officer was subject to special case hearing.
Former PC Paul Smith faced allegations that he breached the standards of professional behaviour
namely, orders and instructions; confidentiality; and discreditable conduct.
All these breaches were found at the hearing, which took place on Friday 26 April.
The allegations relate to the use of police systems for a non-policing purpose.
