Former Oakham Mayor Michael Haley Harassment, Costly Conduct Complaints Rutland County Council

Former Oakham Mayor Michael Haley Harassment, Costly Conduct Complaints Rutland County Council.

Above latest letters from Rutland County Council not upholding Mr Michael Haley's Harassing, Bullying, Vindictive and Complaints.

I could be forgiven for accusing former Oakham Mayor Michael Haley of harassment.
Since he resigned in disgrace from Oakham Town Council he has constantly complained about
me to Rutland County Council costing the tax payers of Rutland many thousands of pounds.

I could also be forgiven for pointing out Mr Haley could be a bitter twisted little man.

Possibly due to the fact I had a complaint upheld when I presented a complaint about his
emails sent to me when he was a councillor. As normal Oakham Town Council did nothing
to stop his bullying.

It was not until residents complained at the town meeting did they listen and take action for his
disgusting miserable conduct on the Neighbourhood Plan steering group. All the woman resigned
because of him.

I do wish Mr Haley would go away and leave me alone, he recently sent a deluded email to all members stating he was going to write to my employer? Clearly he needs some help.

Hopefully now he has been appointed treasurer at Oakham Town Partnership a club for disgraced
former Mayors and most certainly not a partnership, he will pay more attention to  that responsibility
than me. That is if he can keep the role for than a month. That is how long he was treasurer at Victoria Hall.
