Former Oakham Mayor Paul Beech's Response to my post about the resignation of Oakham Town Cllr Andrew Bennett.
Cllr Lucas had sent a number of people an email describing Andrew as a cancerous growth
that needed weeding out after he asked the deputy Mayor Richard Haynes to say sorry for his poor
conduct at a meeting before he also resigned.
In response to my post informing people of Andrews resignation Mr Beech a former Oakham
Mayor posted on my facebook link the follow.
Paul Beech I don't think you have the right context. The cancerous growth isn't Andrew Bennett at all - it's somebody else. Twist and turn - or should I say "Spin?"
